Description

This Simple Chicken Alfredo Casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and comforting pasta bake made with rotisserie chicken and Alfredo sauce. It’s an easy weeknight dinner or cozy meal perfect for family gatherings. Rich, flavorful, and ready in under an hour, this recipe is a must-try for chicken casserole lovers.


Ingredients

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

12 oz penne pasta

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, half the mozzarella, and half the parmesan.

3. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.

4. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.

5. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best melt and flavor.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep the sauce creamy.

You can sneak in steamed broccoli or spinach for added veggies.
