Description

Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained

1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces

1 cup crushed saltine crackers or plain breadcrumbs


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a medium casserole dish.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, beaten eggs, milk, sugar, and salt. Stir well.

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

4. Dot the top with pieces of butter.
