Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
12 oz andouille sausage, sliced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add sliced andouille sausage and cook until golden.
4. Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic to the pan, and sauté until fragrant.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer and thicken slightly.
6. Return ground beef to the pan, then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the dish.
8. Serve hot, garnished with more Parmesan or parsley if desired.
