Description

This spicy Korean ramen with grilled beef and creamy gochujang sauce is the ultimate fusion comfort food. Featuring chewy noodles, marinated beef, and a velvety chili-garlic cream base, it’s a quick and flavorful dinner idea perfect for weeknights. Packed with bold flavors and customizable toppings, this Korean ramen bowl is sure to satisfy!

Ingredients

1 pack ramen noodles

250 g thinly sliced beef

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

2 scallions, chopped

salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Combine soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

2. Heat a grill pan or skillet and cook the beef until slightly charred and cooked through. Set aside.

3. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse lightly with warm water.

4. In a separate pan, stir together gochujang, heavy cream, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Simmer over low heat until the sauce slightly thickens.

5. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.

6. Plate the noodles, top with grilled beef, and garnish with chopped scallions and a drizzle of sesame oil.

Notes

Let the beef marinate longer for richer flavor.

Use fresh or frozen ramen for better texture.

Adjust gochujang amount to control spice level.
