Ingredients
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and spinach until creamy.
3. On the baking sheet, place small mounds of cheddar cheese about 2 inches apart and flatten them slightly.
4. Add a dollop of the spinach mixture onto the center of each cheese mound.
5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each one.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and bubbly.
7. Let them rest for 2–3 minutes to crisp up, then transfer to a wire rack.
8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Make sure spinach is completely dry to avoid soggy centers.
You can substitute fresh spinach—just wilt and drain before mixing.
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of crushed red pepper or chopped cooked bacon.
