Ingredients
1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cut the steak into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes. Pat dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. Lower the heat, add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return steak bites to pan and toss to coat.
4. In a separate saucepan, bring heavy cream to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth and thickened. Season with salt if needed.
5. Plate steak bites and drizzle with Parmesan sauce or serve sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melting and texture.
Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure a golden crust on the steak.
Reheat sauce gently with a splash of cream to maintain consistency.
