Description

Sticky honey garlic sausage pasta is a quick and easy weeknight pasta recipe featuring smoky sausage, garlic, and honey in a sticky glaze. Perfect for dinner lovers looking for sweet and savory pasta dishes.

Ingredients

300 g smoked sausage

250 g spaghetti or linguine

3 tablespoons honey

3 garlic cloves minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional

Instructions

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.

2. Slice smoked sausage into rounds. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook sausage slices until browned and crisped at edges.

3. Add butter to skillet, then minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Stir in honey and soy sauce. Simmer a few minutes until glaze thickens slightly.

5. Add cooked pasta to skillet and toss to coat in glaze. Use reserved water if needed.

6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Use any sausage you like — spicy, smoked, or even plant-based.

Don’t overcook the garlic to avoid bitterness.

Reserve pasta water for adjusting sauce consistency.
