Description

Sticky Honey Mustard Chicken Wings recipe is a sweet and tangy baked chicken wing dish, perfect for appetizers, parties, or family dinners. Juicy wings glazed with honey mustard sauce, easy and finger-licking good.

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

1/3 cup honey

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons

whole grain mustard

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. Pat your chicken wings dry with paper towels. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and paprika until smooth. Toss wings in half the glaze in a large bowl until coated. Reserve remaining glaze. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway and basting with more glaze. Transfer to a platter, drizzle with remaining glaze, and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.

Notes

Pat wings dry for crispier skin. Use good-quality honey for best flavor. Flip and baste halfway through for even stickiness.
