Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
16 Oreo cookies, crushed
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in two additions, alternating with the milk. Mix just until combined.
6. Gently fold in the diced strawberries so they are evenly distributed through the batter.
7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
8. In a small bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies, brown sugar, and melted butter until the crumble looks evenly moistened.

Notes
Use small diced strawberries so they distribute evenly and do not sink too much into the batter.
If your strawberries are very juicy, pat them dry before folding them in to keep the cake from becoming too wet.
For cleaner slices, let the cake cool completely before cutting.
