This Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff is a creamy no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries, cream cheese, whipped topping, and marshmallows. It’s the perfect quick summer treat for parties and potlucks. Try this strawberry fluff salad that tastes like cheesecake in a bowl!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup whipped topping
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Let the cream cheese come to room temperature and beat until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well incorporated.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
5. Add the whipped topping, chopped strawberries, and mini marshmallows, and fold until evenly distributed.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
7. Serve cold, garnished with crushed graham crackers or extra strawberries if desired.
Notes
This fluff gets better after chilling, so prep it in advance for best results.
If using frozen strawberries, thaw and drain well before mixing.
You can swap strawberries for other berries or even fruit cocktail.
