Description

These Strawberry Crunch Bars are a no-bake summer dessert layered with buttery Golden Oreo crust, creamy strawberry filling, and a sweet strawberry crunch topping. Perfect for parties, holidays, or any fruity dessert craving.


Ingredients

24 Golden Oreos

6 tablespoons melted butter

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

8 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip)

10 Golden Oreos (for topping)

1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin

2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)


Instructions

1. Crush 24 Golden Oreos into fine crumbs.

2. Mix crumbs with 6 tablespoons melted butter until combined.

3. Press mixture firmly into a 9×13 inch pan lined with parchment paper.

4. Freeze crust while preparing the filling.

5. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.

6. Fold in chopped strawberries and whipped topping until fully blended.

7. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.

8. For topping, crush 10 Golden Oreos and mix with strawberry gelatin and 2 tablespoons melted butter.

9. Sprinkle topping evenly over the cream layer.

10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

11. Slice into squares and serve cold.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best texture and flavor.

Frozen strawberries should be thawed and well-drained.

Bars can be frozen for longer storage and thawed before serving.
