Description

Strawberry Fluff Salad is a creamy, fruity, no-bake dessert salad made with strawberry gelatin, whipped topping, marshmallows, pineapple, and fresh strawberries for an easy potluck favorite.


Ingredients

3 oz strawberry gelatin mix

1 cup boiling water

20 oz crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup sour cream

8 oz whipped topping, thawed

2 cups mini marshmallows

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced


Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the strawberry gelatin mix with the boiling water until fully dissolved.

2. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes.

3. Fold in the sour cream until smooth and evenly combined.

4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light pink and fluffy.

5. Add the mini marshmallows and sliced strawberries, then fold everything together gently.

6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.

7. Stir lightly before serving and garnish with extra strawberries if desired.

Notes

This salad tastes best after chilling long enough for the marshmallows to soften slightly and the flavors to blend.
