Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1⁄3 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

3. Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the same skillet, and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in chicken broth, scrape up any brown bits, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

5. Return chicken to skillet and spoon garlic butter sauce over top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
