Description

This Thanksgiving Charcuterie Board is the ultimate no-cook appetizer, packed with seasonal flavors, savory meats, fall fruits, nuts, and spreads. Perfect for grazing before the big meal, this autumn charcuterie board is ideal for entertaining, Friendsgiving, or holiday gatherings. Customize with cheeses, crackers, and sweet touches for a stunning edible centerpiece.

Ingredients

180 g brie cheese

180 g aged cheddar

150 g goat cheese

120 g salami

120 g prosciutto

120 g peppered turkey slices

2 apples sliced

2 pears sliced

1 cup grapes

1 baguette sliced

1 cup seeded crackers

1 cup rustic crispbreads

1 cup roasted pecans

1 cup candied walnuts

1/4 cup fig jam

1/4 cup cranberry sauce

2 tbsp spicy mustard

1/2 cup mixed olives

1/2 cup chocolate-covered pretzels

1/2 cup pumpkin spice bark

Instructions

1. Choose a large board and place 2–3 small bowls to anchor the layout.

2. Add cheeses first, spacing them out. Slice harder cheeses and leave soft ones whole with spreaders.

3. Fold or fan meats beside cheeses for easy access and variety in presentation.

4. Add seasonal fruits like sliced apples, pears, and clusters of grapes.

5. Sprinkle roasted or candied nuts around the board for crunch and texture.

6. Arrange crackers and breads in small clusters or fanned out along the edges.

7. Fill bowls with jams, sauces, and olives. Place small spoons or knives in each.

8. Finish with sweet elements like pretzels or pumpkin bark tucked into open spaces.

Notes

This board is best served at room temperature.

Build the board 1–2 hours ahead and refrigerate, adding crackers just before serving.

Use what’s in season or on hand—substitute cheeses or fruits easily.
