Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (4 oz) can green chiles

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups chicken broth

1 (15 oz) can white beans, drained and rinsed

1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

4 oz cream cheese, cubed

1/2 cup sour cream


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.

2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add green chiles, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the onions.

5. Add white beans, black beans, and shredded chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes.
