Ingredients
2 cans strawberry pie filling
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 box white cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
3. Cut cream cheese into cubes or beat it with vanilla extract, then distribute over the pie filling.
4. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the fruit and cream cheese—do not stir.
5. Drizzle melted butter over the top, covering as much surface as possible.
6. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
