Description

These White Chocolate Brownies are rich, buttery, and chewy with a golden finish. A perfect twist on classic brownies, made with real white chocolate, ideal for dessert lovers seeking a blondie-style treat. Easy to make and utterly indulgent, this recipe is a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

170g white chocolate

115g unsalted butter

150g granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

95g all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate and butter until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and frothy.

3. Slowly add the cooled white chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.

4. Sift in flour and salt. Gently fold the mixture until no streaks remain.

5. Pour batter into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking pan.

6. Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

7. Cool completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate that contains cocoa butter.

Don’t overbake—edges should be lightly golden, center just set.

For extra flavor, fold in raspberries, macadamia nuts, or swirl in caramel before baking.
