Ingredients
2 English cucumbers
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Tajin seasoning
1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the cucumbers, then slice them into thin rounds or half-moons.
2. In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, chopped red onion, and fresh cilantro.
3. Add lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, Tajin, and salt.
4. Toss everything together until the cucumbers are well coated.
5. Let the salad rest for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Notes
Cucumbers can release water over time, so serve shortly after mixing for the best texture.
You can substitute Persian cucumbers or peel and deseed garden cucumbers if preferred.
