Description
Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cones are a creamy no-bake dessert made with cheesecake filling, banana pudding, vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and crisp cones for an easy party treat everyone loves.
Ingredients
8 ice cream cones or sugar cones
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3.4 ounces instant banana pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 cup whipped topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
2 bananas, sliced
Instructions
1. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until completely smooth and creamy.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the instant banana pudding mix with the cold milk until it starts to thicken.
3. Fold the banana pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
4. Gently fold in the whipped topping to make the filling light and fluffy.
5. Crush the vanilla wafer cookies and slice the bananas just before assembling the cones.
6. Spoon or pipe a little filling into each cone, then add vanilla wafer crumbs and banana slices.
7. Repeat the layers until each cone is filled to the top.
8. Finish with an extra swirl of filling and a few more cookie crumbs on top.
9. Chill the filled cones for 15 to 20 minutes if desired, then serve right away for the best crunch.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese so the filling turns out smooth without lumps.
Assemble the cones shortly before serving so they stay crisp and do not soften.
Slice the bananas just before layering to keep them fresh and appealing.
