Perfect for families or meal prep, this dish brings restaurant-quality flavor to your kitchen with minimal effort.
Ingredients
3 lbs chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a dish and pour the marinade over them. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange marinated chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet or oven-safe skillet.
4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F and the skin is golden.
5. For crispier skin, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes, watching carefully.
6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Spoon pan juices over the top if desired.
Notes
Letting the chicken marinate longer enhances the flavor.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure juicy, fully cooked chicken.
For easy cleanup, line your baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
