Ingredients

12 oz tortellini

2 large chicken breasts

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes per side. Remove and slice.

3. Cook tortellini in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add Velveeta and stir until fully melted and creamy.

6. Add cooked tortellini and sliced chicken. Stir to coat everything in sauce.

7. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.

8. Serve hot with parsley or a pinch of extra Cajun spice if desired.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen tortellini—both work beautifully.

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes.
