Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Spaghetti is an easy and comforting dinner recipe that combines seared chicken, garlic cream sauce, and cheesy spaghetti for a rich and indulgent meal. Perfect for weeknights or special occasions, this creamy chicken pasta dish is packed with flavor and simple to make in under 45 minutes.


Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3 cloves garlic minced

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

8 ounces spaghetti

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

5. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 1 minute.

6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, whisking until smooth.

7. Return chicken to skillet and coat with the creamy sauce. Let simmer 5 to 7 minutes until sauce thickens.

8. In a separate pot, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.

9. Add butter to spaghetti, stir in shredded mozzarella until melted and evenly mixed.

10. Plate cheesy spaghetti and top with creamy garlic Parmesan chicken. Spoon extra sauce over top and garnish if desired.

Notes

Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad for a complete meal.

To reheat, add a splash of cream or milk to maintain sauce consistency.

Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts for extra tenderness.
