Description

Easy No Bake Cheesecake is a creamy, smooth, and effortless dessert made with a buttery graham cracker crust, rich cream cheese filling, and no oven required. Ingredients

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup fresh berries or pie filling, optional for topping


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.

2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish or springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.

3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix again until fully combined.

5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until the filling is light and smooth.

7. Spoon the filling over the chilled crust and spread it into an even layer.

8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until firm.

9. Top with fresh berries or pie filling before serving, if desired.

10. Slice and serve chilled.

Use fully softened cream cheese for the smoothest filling and the best texture.

Chill the cheesecake long enough so it slices cleanly and holds its shape.
