Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder
1 teaspoon strawberry extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pinch salt
3 to 4 drops pink food coloring, optional
2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries, crushed, optional for topping
Instructions
1. Line an 8 x 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang to lift the fudge out easily after chilling.
2. Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin powder, strawberry extract, salt, and optional pink food coloring until evenly combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer with a spatula.
5. Sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the top if using, then lightly press them into the surface.
6. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until the fudge is firm enough to slice cleanly.
7. Lift the fudge from the pan, cut into 16 squares, and serve chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.
Notes
Use low heat when melting the white chocolate so it stays smooth and does not seize.
For the cleanest slices, chill the fudge completely and wipe the knife between cuts.
Store the squares in the refrigerator in an airtight container so they keep their shape and creamy texture.
