Description

Easy Quiche Stuffed Bagels are a savory breakfast recipe made with bagels, fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions baked until golden and satisfying. Ingredients

4 plain bagels, halved

6 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon butter or oil for greasing


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan with butter or oil.

2. Scoop a little bread from the center of each bagel half, leaving enough around the edges and bottom to hold the filling.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and green onions.

5. Place the bagel halves on the prepared pan and divide the egg mixture evenly among them.

6. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the filling is set and the tops are lightly golden.
