3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan thoroughly.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
