Description
Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a quick and flavorful dinner made with tender sirloin steak, garlic, butter, and simple seasonings, all seared in one skillet for a juicy, savory meal that pairs perfectly with potatoes, rice, pasta, or vegetables.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels, then season them with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until hot.
3. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Cook in batches if needed.
4. Reduce the heat slightly and add the butter to the skillet.
5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Return all the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter until evenly coated.
7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a hot skillet so the steak gets a deep golden crust instead of steaming.
Do not overcrowd the pan or the steak bites will release moisture and lose that nice sear.
For the best texture, reheat leftovers gently over low heat with a little extra butter.
