Ingredients
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved and patted dry
1/3 cup chopped pecans, optional
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the drained crushed pineapple, instant vanilla pudding mix, and sour cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
3. Add the shredded coconut and mini marshmallows, then stir until everything is evenly mixed.
4. Fold in the maraschino cherries and chopped pecans if using.
5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the fluff thicken and chill.
6. Stir gently before serving, then spoon into a serving bowl or dessert cups and garnish with extra cherries or coconut if desired.
Notes
Make sure the pineapple is well drained so the fluff stays thick and not watery.
Chilling the dessert before serving helps the texture become creamier and more stable.
