Description

Ninja Creami Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream is a creamy high protein frozen dessert made with strawberries, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and vanilla protein powder for a smooth cheesecake flavored treat that is easy to make in the Ninja Creami.

Ingredients

1 cup Fairlife milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup strawberries

2 tablespoons cream cheese

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers, optional

Instructions

1. Add the Fairlife milk, vanilla protein powder, strawberries, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender.

2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and the cream cheese is fully incorporated.

3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and secure the lid.

4. Freeze the pint on a level surface for at least 24 hours until fully solid.

5. Remove the lid, place the pint into the outer bowl, and lock it into the Ninja Creami machine.

6. Run the Ice Cream or Lite Ice Cream function, depending on your preferred texture.

7. Check the texture after the first spin. If it looks crumbly, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk and run the Re-Spin cycle.

8. If using crushed graham crackers, create a small hole in the center, add them, and run the Mix-In cycle.

9. Serve immediately for the creamiest texture.

Notes

This recipe works best when the base is blended very smoothly before freezing. Any small bits of cream cheese that are left unblended can affect the final texture.

For a sweeter pint, taste the base before freezing and add a little more sweetener if needed. Protein powders vary a lot in sweetness.

If the ice cream becomes too firm after refreezing, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes and then run a quick re-spin.
