Description

Quick Easter M&M Blondies are soft, chewy dessert bars packed with pastel Easter M&Ms, white chocolate chips, brown sugar, and buttery vanilla flavor, making them an easy Easter dessert, spring party treat, and festive blondie recipe everyone will love.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups pastel Easter M&M candies

3/4 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and glossy.

3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then whisk until fully combined.

4. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt just until no dry streaks remain.

5. Fold in the Easter M&Ms and white chocolate chips, saving a small handful of M&Ms for the top.

6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and press the remaining M&Ms over the surface.

7. Bake for 24 to 28 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the center is just set.

8. Cool completely in the pan before lifting out and slicing into bars.

Notes

These blondies are best when slightly underbaked, so the centers stay soft and chewy.

For a prettier finish, press extra M&Ms on top right after baking.

Let the bars cool fully before slicing so they hold their shape cleanly.
