Description

Sugar Cookie Fudge is a creamy, no-bake dessert made with sugar cookie mix, white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and festive sprinkles. Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup sugar cookie mix, heat treated

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons festive sprinkles


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy lifting.

2. Heat treat the sugar cookie mix in the microwave in short bursts, stirring between each burst, then let it cool slightly.

3. Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a saucepan over low heat.

4. Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.

5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

6. Add the heat-treated sugar cookie mix and stir until the mixture is thick, smooth, and fully combined.

7. Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan.

8. Top with festive sprinkles and lightly press them into the surface.

Notes

Use low heat when melting the white chocolate so the mixture stays smooth and does not seize.
