Ingredients
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second bursts until melted, stirring between each burst.
3. Mix in the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until a soft dough forms.
4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out very thin for the crispiest texture.
5. Remove the top sheet of parchment and cut the dough into triangles or small squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
6. Transfer the parchment with the cut dough onto the baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chips are golden around the edges and firm in the center.
8. Cool completely on the baking sheet so the chips crisp up fully before serving.
Notes
Use freshly shredded mozzarella if possible for the smoothest melt and best texture.
Roll the dough evenly so all the chips bake at the same rate.
Let the chips cool completely before storing so they stay crisp.
