Description

This Valentine Snack Board is an easy, festive appetizer packed with cheese, fruit, crackers, chocolate, and sweet bites, making it the perfect Valentine’s Day snack board for date night, parties, or a fun family treat.

Ingredients

8 ounces brie cheese

6 ounces cheddar cheese cubes

4 ounces salami slices

1 cup assorted crackers

1 cup pretzels

1 cup strawberries

1 cup raspberries

1 cup red grapes

6 chocolate truffles

6 heart-shaped cookies

8 chocolate-covered pretzels

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup mixed nuts

1/2 cup strawberry yogurt dip

1/2 cup Valentine candies

Instructions

1. Place a large wooden board, tray, or platter on your work surface and set out all ingredients so assembly is easy.

2. Add a small bowl of strawberry yogurt dip to the board first to anchor the layout.

3. Arrange the brie cheese and cheddar cubes in different sections of the board.

4. Fold or fan out the salami slices near the cheeses for a savory section.

5. Add crackers and pretzels in small clusters around the board to create structure and crunch.

6. Tuck in the strawberries, raspberries, and grapes to bring fresh color and balance.

7. Fill the remaining spaces with chocolate truffles, heart-shaped cookies, chocolate-covered pretzels, mini marshmallows, mixed nuts, and Valentine candies.

8. Check the board for empty spots and fill them with a few extra small items so it looks full and inviting.

9. Serve immediately, or chill briefly until ready to serve.

Notes

Use a mix of sweet and savory ingredients so the board feels balanced and everyone has something to enjoy.

Add the crackers and pretzels just before serving to keep them crisp.

Small bowls help separate dips and candies while making the board look neater and more polished.
