Description

Vanilla Rose Sweet Cream Cold Brew is a smooth, floral iced coffee made with bold cold brew, vanilla syrup, rose flavor, and silky sweet cream for a refreshing coffeehouse-style drink at home.


Ingredients

1 cup cold brew coffee

3 tablespoons half-and-half

2 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

1 to 2 teaspoons rose syrup or 1/4 teaspoon rose water

1 cup ice

1 to 2 teaspoons simple syrup, optional

1 pinch dried rose petals, optional garnish


Instructions

1. In a small cup, stir together the half-and-half, milk, vanilla syrup, and rose syrup or rose water until smooth.

2. Fill a tall glass with ice.

3. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice.

4. Add simple syrup if you want a sweeter drink, then stir.

5. Slowly pour the vanilla rose sweet cream over the top.

6. Garnish with dried rose petals if desired.

7. Serve immediately and stir gently before drinking if you want the layers fully blended.

Notes
