Description

White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge is a creamy, festive holiday dessert made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and crushed candy canes for an easy no-bake treat that is perfect for Christmas parties, cookie trays, and homemade gifts.


Ingredients

14 oz white chocolate chips

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp peppermint extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

1/3 cup crushed candy canes


Instructions

1. Line an 8 inch square pan or loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving extra paper hanging over the sides for easy lifting later.

2. Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a saucepan over low heat.

3. Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted, smooth, and creamy.

4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt.

5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

6. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top and gently press them into the surface.

7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is fully set.

8. Lift the fudge from the pan, slice into small squares, and serve.

Notes

Use good quality white chocolate for the creamiest texture and best flavor.

Lightly crush the candy canes so you get a mix of small pieces without turning them into powder.

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it firm and fresh.
